Image consulting, color analysis, and styling guidance are personalized and subjective in nature.
While professional recommendations are provided, outcomes depend on individual preferences, lifestyle, and implementation.
No specific results are guaranteed.
All consultations (in-person or virtual) are confirmed only after full payment is received in advance.
Partial payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
A booking is considered final once payment is made and confirmation is shared.
Payment confirms your acceptance of all business policies.
Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable.
No Refunds Issued for: Missed appointments, late cancellations, change of mind after booking, or partial attendance/early exit from a session.
Consultant Unavailability: If the consultant is unable to conduct a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled session.
Rescheduling is permitted up to two times only.
Requests must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Requests made less than 8 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation.
Rescheduled sessions must be availed within 60 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session duration may be reduced to accommodate subsequent bookings.
No Extensions: Sessions will not be extended, and no refund will be provided for lost time.
Non-Transferable: Consultations are booked for one individual only and cannot be transferred to another person.
All materials shared (PDFs, color palettes, presentations, worksheets, or recordings) remain the intellectual property of the consultant.
These materials may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written consent.
Clients are responsible for ensuring proper lighting, stable internet connectivity, and device setup.
Technical issues from the client’s end do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
All client information, discussions, and images are treated as strictly confidential.
Client images or testimonials will only be used with explicit consent.
